At Ruchi Veda, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, once an order is confirmed, we do not accept return or refund requests. Exceptions may be made in the following specific cases, and we are committed to working with our customers to find a fair and amicable resolution.


1. Damaged Product

If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 5 days from the delivery date by emailing ruchivedass@gmail.com. Your email must include:

  • Order number

  • Image of the invoice

  • 1 image of the outer shipping box

  • 2 clear images of the damaged product

If your order contains multiple items, only the affected product will be eligible for replacement. We will promptly replace the damaged product and ensure full assistance throughout the process.

Response time: Within 24–48 hours.


2. Missing Product

If any product is missing from your order, please notify us within 5 days from the delivery date by emailing ruchivedass@gmail.com. Your email must include:

  • Order number

  • Image of the invoice

  • 1 image of the outer shipping box

  • 2 clear images of the opened package showing all received items

We do not offer refunds for missing items, but we will be happy to resend the missing product promptly and ensure full support.

Response time: Within 24–48 hours.


3. Spoiled Product

If you believe the product is spoiled, please notify us within 7 days from the delivery date by emailing ruchivedass@gmail.com. Your email must include:

  • Order number

  • Packaging date / Manufacturing date

  • Clear images or video showing the issue

Please note:
We do not accept returns due to differences in taste, texture, color, or aroma, as our products are completely natural and handmade in small batches. These variations are normal and reflect the authenticity of our natural process.

After a careful investigation, if the product is confirmed to be spoiled, we will arrange a replacement. We are committed to providing a fair and satisfactory outcome.

Response time: Within 24–48 hours.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (in applicable cases), we will notify you regarding the refund approval. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that bank or credit card processing times may affect the actual posting of the refund.
